Sita Garden
was designed as a small village of unique holiday homes
directly at a perfect bathing beach.
After the Tsunami had wiped out the former Sita Garden
Richard Doring rebuilt 5 holiday homes on the land of his family.
He has created the same personal and friendly atmosphere
that all guests enjoyed so much that many come back every year.
The friendly staff takes again good care of all guests.

The Holiday Bungalows A1, A2, and A3 are situated between 10 and 25 metres from the beach. They measure 5 by 6.6 metres (33 sq.m.), rarely found in this price range, and comprise: bedroom / living room (21 sq.m.), bathroom, wardrobe,
and kitchenette.
From the very large covered terrace
(over 20 sq.m.) you enjoy a fantastic view
to the sea.
You may rent the Beachfront
Holiday Bungalows A1, A2 or A3
for the special internet rate of
only 2800 Baht per night
(walk-in rate 3200 Baht)
plus 300 Baht for an
additional guest in A1 and A2.

The Family Seaview
Holiday Houses B1 and C1
are 30 resp. 50 metres
from the beach.
They have a floor space of 41 sq.m.,
and the same facilities as the
beachfront bungalows.
The wide terrace on the
ground floor has a fine sea view
and is suitable for a big family.
The Holiday House B1 is for rent
for the special internet rate of
2800 Baht per night,
plus 300 Baht for each
additional guest (max. 3).
The holiday house C1 is for rent for the special rate of only 2400 Baht for
2 persons plus 300 Baht for each
additional guest (max. 2).
The walk-in rate for B1 is 3200 Baht,
for C1 it is 2800 Baht.

The holiday bungalows at the beach
The holiday bungalows A1, A2, and A3 are for rent for a minimum of 7 days. You may select any arrival date. For the Beachfront Bungalows A1, A2 and A3 the special internet booking rate is only 2800 Baht (= 70 Euro) per day, for the Seaview Family House B1 the rent is 2800 Baht (= 70 Euro) per day, for the Family House C1 the rent is 2400 Baht (= 60 Euro) per day. In A1, A2, B1, and C1 an extra charge for one child with its own bed is 300 Baht per day (= 7 Euro per day). Information and booking: sitagarden08(at)khaolak.de
Please note: You will rent a holiday home only, NO hotel service is available. But our friendly, English speaking manager Gae is available to help you with any problems and questions. Room cleaning is included once per week -- more often on special request; our maid will broom the house and clean the bathroom. Laundry service for bedsheets, towels, and your private laundry is provided every Tuesday and Friday. Changing of linen and towels is performed by the guests themselves. Final cleaning of the holiday home is included in the rent. A 7-eleven shop sells toiletries, snacks, and drinks, 24 hours every day, just 1000 metres away. There are now 4 breakfast restaurants in Bang Niang in walking distance, one of them on the beach. For safety reasons NO smoking is allowed inside the building.

Who is Sita?
The wife of Prince Rama in the Hindu mythology.
(In the Thai mythology Sita is called Sida).
Sita was a lover of flowers and nature. While she was walking
as usually in her favorite garden she saw a handsome
young man collecting flower and perspiring.
Sita was very much surprised by the seeing of the young man
and could not understand why he was perspiring from such
an effort of picking up flowers.
On the other hand Sita was mesmerized on the spot by seeing
Rama.
Her feminine intuition was telling her that is something special
about this man.
She has the feelings of recognizing Rama: "Oh, this is my darling!"
she said to herself.
However the reason intervened in Sita's thought and a multitude
of questions arose, but certainly she could not explain what
was going on.
